Watermelon Pops
Look's like a watermelon. I wonder what it tasted like...
Totally not watermelon.


How to make a Watermelon Pops

Preparation is done in estimated: 35 minutes
Ready in estimated: 3 hours 35 minutes
Material needed:
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 ounce of package JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
  • 2 cups of boiling water, divided
  • ice cube
  • 1 cup of cold water, divided
  • 3 ounce of package JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 ounces PHILADEPHIA Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
 Steps :
1.     Prepare all the things needed to make the popsicles.
2.     Mix 1/3 cup sugar and lime gelatin and mix in a bowl. Add a cup boiling water then stir it until it completely dissolved.
3.     Add enough ice to 1/2 cup cold water to measure about 3/4 cup. Add it to the lime gelatin, stir it until the ice is completely melted then refrigerate it for about 25 minute.
4.     Repeat Step 1 but instead lime gelatin use the strawberry gelatin mix and omitting the refrigeration step.
5.     Pour it into 16 (3-oz.) paper cups and freeze it for about 20 min.
6.     Stir 1/2 tea spoon of chocolate chips into the strawberry gelatin in each cup.
7.     Beat the cream cheese and remaining sugar with a mixer in the bowl. Beat it until it is well blended. Stir it in a cool whip then spread it over gelatin in cups.
8.     Pour lime gelatin over the cream cheese mixture. Insert the wooden pop stick into gelatin in the center of each cup. Freeze it for about 3 hours or at least until it is firm.
9.     Remove pops from cups just before serving it.
